Dinnerware:
All our dinnerware is dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe up to 450°. Avoid sudden changes in temperature as this can cause breakage. Remove minor scratches with Bar Keepers Friend - a classic standby scouring powder/magic potion. For more information, visit our Dinnerware Care page.

Flatware:
Dishwasher safe at 110° maximum. Remember to open the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. When washing by hand, we recommend that you not use abrasive sponges.
If small rings appear on the knife blades, they can be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar. For cutlery with light-coloured handles, avoid prolonged contact with foods that stain (coffee, tea, tomato sauce, etc.).
Napkins:
Hand or machine wash with like colors using mild detergent. Use cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low (or line dry if you like a crisper feel). Avoid fabric softener, dryer sheets, bleach, stain removers, or color brighteners. These can weaken the fibers and lead to discoloration. For more information, visit our Linen Care page.

Eligible orders may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for something else within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the items are unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original box and/or packaging.
