WHY DO MY GLASSES + VASES LOOK CLOUDY?
Glass cloudiness is usually due to hard water, so don’t take it personally. We recommend using a vinegar solution or adding a rinse solution to your dishwasher for that coveted clear finish.
HOW DO I CARE FOR BOROSILICATE GLASS PRODUCTS?
Borosilicate glass is temperature change resistant (which we love), but it doesn’t love impact. To avoid the possibility of breakage, always fill your glass with liquid first, then add ice.
