This recipe was created to make sure that day never comes.

Described as a “gift from the gods” by the one and only Homer, pears were a favorite food in ancient Greece and a key characteristic of Pomona, the Roman goddess of fruit. Tonight, drink like a goddess. You deserve it. 


2oz gin

1oz pear liqueur

1oz pear nectar

4-5 dashes Cardamom Bitters

4oz pear or apple cider

Mix the first 4 ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until icy + frothy. Pour into a glass + top with cider. Garnish with sage leaves. Enjoy.
