Hand wash only. Dry right away to keep wood from cracking. Our Essential Waffle Dish Towel is super absorbent and will make this quick.

Oil regularly with food-grade oil, like mineral oil. (In a pinch, we use olive oil.)

Don’t leave near fire or hot metals - the wood can burn (but you knew that already).

    I was looking for a spoon rest that wasn’t ceramic, this fit the bill. It’s a generous size & finely crafted, even nicer in person than anticipated- it makes me look forward to getting more wood pieces from Hawkins:)
