Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
To assemble:
Screw the dowel into the base disc with the short screw end. Do not screw the long screw end into the base or else it won't work and could damage the product. Then place a roll of paper towels onto the dowel. Now, place the top disc of the paper towel holder onto the dowel. The long screw end should be sticking out through the center of the disc. Finally, twist the top knob piece onto the screw.
