Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Do not expose to water.
For the pepper mill, use only coriander or black, white or green peppercorns, up to 6mm in diameter. 15% of pink corns can be used in a pepper blend.
For the salt mill, use only dry rock salt up to 4mm in diameter. Do not use sea salt or wet salt.
