Canaan works with over 2,000 artisan family farms that span across 52 different villages located in the West Bank. The Garlic Olive Oil is created by pressing select indigenous Surri olives with fresh savory garlic, while the Basil Olive Oil is pressed with fresh purple basil. Both are the epitome of palate perfection for dipping, drizzling, or cooking vegetables, meat or seafood. Mix and match or use them solo - we find them interchangeably tasty.
